L+B: our reportage

The participation in a fair always needs a period of decompression, leading to the correct evaluation of the activities undertaken during the event. The time went by, but today we like to go over our presence in the most important fair in the lighting-technique industry: Light+Building of Frankfurt.We were among the 2.589 exhibitors. Ok, not all 216.000 visitors went along our stand, but certainly, there has been a good coming and going at the booth C88, pavilion 5.1. Our perception is surely positive: we received many visits, even more than the past edition, as well as a positive feedback for the many new products of this year. The new 929MILANO models signed by Chiaramonte Marin, Andrea Lazzari, Stefano Valente and Federica Suman, caught the attention not only for their aesthetic impact, but it really seemed to be a sort of “new paragraph” in the world of creativity. Also in the technical section, Plexiform side, we received an important public and critics agreement, especially for the excellent visual comfort of Sistema9, the architectural line of Eiffel and the cube lighting of Dinamica Q.

Certainly, the figures – and the time – will give us a clearer picture on the subject; and maybe, there will be some food for thought about the meaning of a specialist Fair in an increasingly digital world. But that’s another story, and we will tell you in the future.
